CEP companies were established in 1978 to provide design and consultancy services, mainly to Civil Engineering Contractors.

 

With rapid urbanisation leading to a rise in the development of tall buildings, infrastructure and geotechnical works in Singapore, CEP saw a need for geotechnical and structural instrumentation services and became the pioneer of instrumentation works in Singapore and has been providing field installation and monitoring services for the last 30 years.

 

In October 1978, CEP was appointed Slope Indicator Company’s exclusive representative in Singapore and Brunei. Slope Indicator is the leading brand in Instrumentation worldwide and has been around since 1958. The inventor of the Inclinometer System was the co-founder of the company.

 

Today, CEP has more than 40 years of experience in instrumentation works and a team of dedicated engineers and technicians.

 

CEP now has an accredited calibration laboratory to provide calibration of various geotechnical and structural instruments.
