Application |

The Centre Hole Load Cells are compact
sensors for measuring loads in tie backs, foundation anchors, struts, rock
bolts, tunnel supports and loading pile tests. Multiple high resistance
strain gauges are bonded to high strength heat treated steel rings in a full
strain gauge bridge circuit. Each load cell has two in-built distribution
rings to reduce errors due to off-centre loading. The load cells can be
calibrated and read using a Vishay P3500 or P3 digital strain indicator or
data loggers.
